Shipping

Orders ship from Hong Kong. Standard processing takes 1 day, with an estimated 7 calendar days in transit. Carrier and customs delays may affect delivery.

Worldwide standard shipping is US$7 for orders under US$69.90 and free for orders of US$69.90 or more. Supported destinations and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing or preorder timing shown on the product page or order confirmation forms part of your order estimate.
Tracking is provided when the selected carrier and service support it.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage charges collected by local authorities or the carrier unless checkout states that these charges are included.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.

30-day voluntary return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@cozybead.com before sending anything back. Items should be unused, complete and in resalable condition with their original accessories and packaging, except where the item is faulty or applicable law provides otherwise.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided with the return authorization. Do not send returns to the public contact address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

For voluntary returns, you pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee for a correctly returned, eligible product.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue. When the problem is confirmed, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, and we will cover reasonable return shipping when required.

EU and UK cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel many distance purchases without giving a reason. This right is separate from our voluntary return window and is subject to legal exceptions. See the Refund Policy for details.
