Shipping
Available destinations, shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are calculated for your address and shown at checkout. Orders may be dispatched from different fulfillment locations as our cross-border network develops.
Import taxes or duties, when applicable, are shown at checkout where supported or may be collected by the destination country. The final checkout display is the source of truth for your order.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
